These ovens are specially designed to reheat food in individual or bulk serving portions, in re-usable or disposable containers. The TURBO 2000 series line responds to a wide variety of needs, depending on the choice of dishes and the number of servings defined: from 30 to 300 meals. A micro-processor keyboard allows maximum reheating precision, even for very difficult products. The equipment integrates technology of the future: it’s “humidification” feature, with programmable injection sequences, is designed to ensure perfect regeneration

Regethermic Bulk Regeneration Trolleys

Innovation, versatility and performance were key components in designing the new range. Built to the highest standards of quality and reliability to withstand the rigours of continuous use, it will deal effortlessley with the regeneration and service of bulk hot and cold meals in one piece of equipment (Which replaces a fridge, regeneration oven, plate warmer and Bain Marie). Ideal for all in one cook chill bulk meal service.

Founded on years of experience and extensive research and with 13 different models and a long list of extras to choose from, the Regethermic Hostess trolley cannot be beaten for choice or flexibility.

Either side of the trolley can be configured for either rethermalisation or refrigeration. Other options include Ambient settings and platewarmer facilities.
