The Foster Roll-in Blast Chiller accepts all standard combi trolleys, meaning less handling between cooking and chilling. No need to transfer of de-tray, simply wheel the combi trolley straight into the Blast Chiller.
- Capable of blast chilling from +700C to +30C in 90 minutes

- Heavy duty magnectic gasket - easy to clean and replace when necessary
